As more forecast offices can now use polygon information for issuing Non-Weather Emergency Messages (NWEMs) and other IPAWS alerting authorities can easier pass alerts directly through to NWS feeds, a data feed for NWEMs would be very helpful for understanding areas impacted by Civil Emergency Messages, Fire Warnings, Evacuation Immediates, and other NWEMs.
Additionally (perhaps separately), polygons and information on non-NWS Wireless Emergency Alerts would be a valuable overlay as well.
