KRAX not working on AH feed

I can't seem to get KRAX to load on the allisonhouse feed, but it works on the regular one from GRlevel3. Can anyone else confirm?

It appears super-res is not processing for KRAX. Regular level3 data is flowing, which is why it is working with the free feed. We will look into what is occurring here. If it's on our end, we will get it corrected ASAP.

Seem to be having the same issue again. When I disable the super-res it works.
