Custom Metar Visibility

Originally from ticket #5154.

I noticed with he new update to the custom METAR data placefile that visibility is now rounded to the whole number instead displaying the full data (0.25SM, 10.0SM, 1.9SM, etc...) like it had been in the past. Would it be possible to add an option on rounding visibility to either the whole number or showing the full data??

  Whoops. That certainly wasn't intended. I've just submitted a code correction to our production servers. You should see it fixed in the next update.
