Is it possible to add a Drought Monitor Placefile for Gibson Ridge Softwares?

  I was going to ask Ryan if it’s possible to bring in data from this website into an AllisonHouse/GR placefile. What would work for me is to simply choose a single state, then load that state’s drought monitor into GR (so there’s not a ton of data being processed at once). I’m not sure what the licensing looks like on that website though (I thought it was public, but not 100% sure). In addition to using GR for storm tracking, I’ve loaded in some of AllisonHouse’s additional placefiles to also turn GR into a “weather dashboard” I can check daily instead of reaching out to multiple websites.
