When I pull the Allison House web site up on my iPad, it shows up as a small screen, perhaps of the size for a phone. Is there a setting I could change to make it appear as a full size screen?

There is no such "setting" for this on the iPad. This is an issue with how we have our website setup to display on mobile / tablet devices. The iPhone / Android devices appear fine but the the iPad seems to zoom out a bit much.
This is slated to be fixed in the first week of April if not sooner and as time permits. Thanks for taking the time to submit a ticket. We'll mark this as 'Solved' once we have corrected the problem.
