It would be nice to be able to filter the earthquake data placefile such as magnitude 0+,1+,2+... and additionally the time frame. past hour, 6 hrs, day, week? For both the east and west coast US?

Andrew Wetherington For some reason this still does not seem to be filtering correctly. I set a 2.0 minimum magnitude filter and magnitudes below that are still showing up (0, 1.5, 1.9..etc). Thanks for your attention to this feature!

Ryan Hickman This has been fixed.
We'll also consider sucking in older USGS data and keeping it for longer. We would just need to create opaque icon sheets for the older earthquakes.
