Hi,

I have a few suggestions, some may be a re-hash of previous suggestions...

Currently-Available Datasets:
1.) METAR "Scientific" - Font size/color control for text overlays (Temp/Dewpoint)
2.) METAR "Scientific" - Custom icon sheets (similar to NLDN overlays), or "smaller" icon option.
3.) CWOP Mesonet - T/Td text overlays (similar to "Other Mesonet" and "METAR Scientific") with font control.

Also, it would be great if you could add mesonet data from Mesowest -- this is available through the 'utmesnet' dataset in MADIS, or directly from MesoWest. It actually includes several mesonets across the Western CONUS, including several DOT and ALERT networks, and the fire weather RAWS network.

  Regarding Mesowest...

  We don't support the MADIS feeds as they are not time-sensitive in general (eg: every 60 minutes) and they use the utterly jacked up and verbose NetCDF protocol that requires thousands of lines of programming to decode and is a complete waste of CPU.  We have no plans or interest in supporting NetCDF.

  However, we would be happy to support any surface data feeds in any other format, including custom raw formats directly from the university/company like we do for other mesonets like OK Mesonet.

  All of the MADIS stuff has been added.

  We'll look into the rest of these during our next development cycle.
